Highly qualified, trained staff have a good grip on every detail of the production process. This starts with the computer-controlled production of parts on the laser cutting system and the CNC edging presses. Welding robots assist our qualified welders in their work. Ongoing quality controls during the production process are a given for us.

All production processes are controlled by means of the certified quality management system according to ISO9001 and monitored on an ongoing basis. 170 highly qualified employees have been working for POSCH for many years. Their commitment and their passion make the ongoing improvement of the production processes possible and guarantee the great quality of each individual machine.
