The saw splitter is completely powder-coated. The cast iron pump (instead of the previous aluminum pump) and the stronger gear promise an even longer service life.
The valves in this model are electrically controlled, which means there is no need to replace mechanical wear parts. In addition, service access in the sawing area is accessible without tools: changing the saw blade or V-belt is quick and easy.
The touch-sensitive display (TouchEncoder) shows the pressure, temperature, hour counter and wood volume display for easy maintenance and for making or retrieving settings. You can also charge your mobile phone using the USB C port.
The wood is transferred via the sloping splitting channel, which means a higher level of operational safety is guaranteed when transferring to the splitting channel.
You can adjust the frame knife quickly and easily using hydraulics. Is optional An automated splitting knife adjustment including wood volume calculation is available.
You define the desired log length – with one move and without any tools. The splitting stroke can also be kept shorter: This saves you time because the cylinder no longer extends completely. This means you can achieve 25% more output with billet lengths up to 33cm.

Automatic splitting knife adjustment including wood volume calculation
The hold-down device measures the trunk diameter and the splitting knife automatically moves to the correct height so that the wood is split perfectly centered. The approximate wood volume is also calculated.
Roller conveyor for crooked logs
For crooked trunks, the feed height can be adjusted vertically and hydraulically. The particularly non-slip rollers grip and pull in the wood easily.
Swivel conveyor belt
To make loading trailers and/or big bags easier, the conveyor belt can be swiveled 12° to the left or right. In addition, the conveyor belt is designed with automatic centering.
